Creamy and ultradelicious! Perhaps the healthiest thing in the whole cookbook. I was a fan because it was baby-friendly too. This filled my ENTIRE blender with hardly any room, but we each had full glasses plus extra for the sippy cup. I'll definitely be making again! My husband's first reaction: why is it green? That has nothing to do with the coldheart! I guess it's just for the "cold" name.
Recipe:
1 banana, peeled. (I used frozen for extra thickness and chill)
3 kiwis, peeled
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen spinach
2 mint leaves
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 cup coconut milk
juice of 1 lemon
Combine, blend until smooth.
