Strawberry Dalgona Matcha

Cool and refreshing strawberry compote, milk, and whipped "Dalgona" matcha topping.


Recipe:


1.5 C frozen strawberries

2 Tbsp water

1 C milk of choice

Ice cubes

2 Tbsp heavy cream

1 tsp water


Optional: Stevia or other sweetener.
